How to interact with Polygon (Matic) blockchain on TrustWallet

To interact with the Polygon (Matic) blockchain, you need a compatible cryptocurrency wallet such as MetaMask or TrustWallet. By default, MetaMask does not add Polygon as a network, so users need to manually add the network. TrustWallet, on the other hand, allows for direct switching.

Installing and setting up TrustWallet:

TrustWallet can be downloaded and installed from the TrustWallet website on Chrome, iOS, or Android. Please make sure to check that you are on the official website to ensure that you download the genuine TrustWallet.

After downloading and installing, if you want to create a new wallet, click on the "Create Wallet" button. If you already have a wallet, you can also use the "Import Wallet" option to import and restore your wallet using your recovery phrase.

Set a password to log in to your wallet from the browser. Please note that this is not your recovery phrase. The password is a security measure to prevent anyone from accessing your wallet on your device. If you forget your password, you can always access your cryptocurrency with your recovery phrase.

You will see your mnemonic phrase. Click on the lock to reveal the words and write them down in the correct order. Store your mnemonic phrase in a secure location, preferably offline, and do not share it with anyone. This sequence of words is the final backup for your wallet and its contents. Click on "Start" to continue.

You will now need to repeat your recovery phrase to confirm that you have correctly recorded it. Select the words at the bottom of the screen in the correct order. Once complete, click on [Next].

After the setup is complete, you can view the default tokens in TrustWallet.

How to connect TrustWallet to Polygon:

Click on [Settings] and then [Networks].

Select the Polygon network to switch.

To add Polygon tokens to TrustWallet:

In order to have Polygon tokens other than MATIC appear in the wallet interface, you will need to add them manually. Note that your wallet can still receive tokens that have not been imported.

You can find the token contract and details for the token you want to add on trusted websites, or you can go directly to PolygonScan to search for it.

Click on the icon in the upper right corner to manage tokens.

Copy the token's contract address, and MetaMask should automatically fill in the remaining details. Then click the "Add Token" button.

The address for USDC (Polygon) is as follows and can be directly imported using this address.

0x2791bca1f2de4661ed88a30c99a7a9449aa84174

After completing the above steps, you should now see the balance of the newly added token in your wallet.

How to pay for Morphlin subscription fee

After completing your purchase and creating an order with Morphlin, you can find the relevant payment details in the order contents and email

In this order, you can see the receiving address, supported blockchain, the amount and type of tokens to be paid, and the order expiration time.

Please note that:

  • Please make payment within the order and before the expiration date.
  • Expired orders or orders with insufficient payment will be voided.
  • Please do not make payments for overdue orders.
  • Morphlin will not refund delayed payments or overpaid/underpaid orders.

Switch to the Polygon (Matic) network and select the token (USDC) that you need to pay.

Fill in the order information and click "Preview" in the send information.

After verifying the content, click on confirm and wait for the transaction to complete.

Morphlin will automatically update the status of the order.

  • Sending a transaction requires some Matic as gas fee. It is recommended that you purchase Matic from an exchange.

  • Generally, you do not need to modify the transaction fee as TrustWallet supports automatic fee calculation.
